My process is rooted in my families’ deep appreciation for the collection.  Whether it be the need to meticulously fold plastic bags or a cabinet full of antique corkscrews.  I find myself living in the space between merchant and collector, maker and designer - bringing objects together to make a connection unlikely seen at first glance.  By using antique materials or that sourced from a farmer, I elaborate on a story already written through the creation of a garment. I am interested in the relationship between my own history and the merging with that of the past.
